For over 20 years the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno has defended drivers against all forms of Arlington traffic violations and ensuing repercussions, including speeding tickets, drunk driving (DWI) charges, CDL violations, DL suspension and arrest. We value each of our clients and are dedicated to providing them with the best possible legal defense we can.

Jack Byno, Attorney at Law
JACK BYNO was raised in Euless, Texas. After graduating from high school and receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, he moved to Japan, where he taught English for three years. After making his way back to the U.S., he enrolled in the Southern Illinois University School of Law. After graduating and passing the Bar Exam in Texas, he proceeded to found his own DFW-based law firm in 1994. Appointed Municipal Court Judge of Haltom City in 1999, he also served as Associate Judge for Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, Richland Hills and North Richland Hills. Since leaving the bench to focus full-time on his law firm, Attorney Byno now works to defend Arlington clients up against a wide variety of traffic offenses, from speeding tickets to DWI convictions.

Fiona Worthy, Attorney at Law

FIONA WORTHY grew up in the City of Houston, Texas. After graduating from the University of Houston in 1993 with a degree in Communications and Journalism, she was employed by the Houston Independent School District as a public educator. Following 12 years of work as a middle school teacher, she decided that a career change was in order and enrolled at South Texas College of Law, a member of the Association of American Law Schools. Upon her 2011 graduation, she moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and joined Jack Byno & Associates. Now a vital part of the DFW legal community, Attorney Worthy is known for providing exceptional legal service when it comes to posting bail and securing jail release on behalf of clients.
